It was learned that Renyi town of Guiyang county was awarded as the fifth bath of Hunan provincial ecological town. It was the exclusive one from Guiyang county.

Followed with the indexes concerned for establishment of national ecological town, Renyi town combined the establishment of ecological town with the construction of ecological industrial development, ecological agriculture and new style of rural communities. It played close attention on environment protection infrastructure construction and rural environmental protection by handling series relative projects. Moreover, large scale of cleaning and lighting work was carried out in the county as well to enhance the establishment work of ecological town. According to the record, 205 solar street lamps, one street sprinkler, two garbage trucks, and 31 supporting garbage buckets were facilitated in the county in 2013. 175,000 yuan special funds were allocated on the environment improvement, which greatly help to upgrade people’s living condition with much more beautiful environment.
