It was reported that Wang Lingding and Wang Shanquan- Director and Deputy Director of First Supervision Department of the State Administration of Work Safety led a team to check Chenzhou city’s work recently. This team focused on the security and environmental protection of tailings in flood season and safety production of metal and nonmetal mines.
The team checked some mines and companies on site and learned the safety production condition of Chenzhou city by listening to reports, watching videos, holding symposiums, and etc. A special training course on warning education of safety production and rules of safety production of metal and nonmetal mines was presented by the team when they held the symposium.

In recent years, some strategic investors as China Minmetals, China National Building Material Company, Sinochem Group, and etc. were introduced into Chenzhou city to join in the mine resource development work. Till now, over than 10 billion yuan has been placed in 19 key mines of Chenzhou city on their deepening integration and gained great achievements. After some rounds of integration, 385 metal and nonmetal mines and 97 tailings were kept in Chenzhou city, including 129 underground mines and opening cast working mines.

Wang Lingding highly affirmed the safety production work of metal and nonmetal mines handled out by Chenzhou city. Wang stated that all relative departments should carefully study the spirit of the speech concerned for no development can be promoted on sacrificing people’s life- addressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. All eyes should be kept on the safety production. The integration advantages of industrial and mining enterprise should be played well on their practical condition. Enhanced management should be handled for the mines after integration and specified rules should be followed to keep the production safety of the mines accordingly.
