A comprehensive scheduling conference for key industrial projects and key enterprises was held in Chenzhou city recently

It was reported that a comprehensive scheduling conference for key industrial projects and key enterprises was held in Chenzhou city on June 10, 2014 in Chenzhou city. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee emphasized that sound development condition should be formed to assist the further development of new industrialization and contribute more to Chenzhou city’s take-off of economy with more confidence and better service.

According to the data, the increase rate for Chenzhou city’s added value of scaled-industry was 12.5%, ranking the third place of Hunan province. 661 industrial fixed asset investment projects were handled in Chenzhou city, fulfilling 16billion yuan investment with the increase of 2.43billion yuan of 18.1%. 4.8 billion yuan has been placed on 6 industrial projects, covering 28.6% of the total. Though some achievements were reached in Chenzhou city, there were still some problems and difficulties hindered on the way of further development of industrial enterprises and projects.

Principals from 10 enterprises as Hunan Non-ferrous Xintianling Tungsten Industry, Chenzhou Blessing City Investment Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Yunxiang Mining Co. Ltd., and others listed their problems on the conference.

“Besides the principal comments, specified measures and time schedule should be figured out to solve the problems presented by the companies, provided all are legal and under authorized rights.” Xiang Lili emphasized before the comprehensive coordination. Following with this requirement, principals from relative departments figured out their specified comments on solving some problems, such as approval of lands, adjustment of planning, support of finance and tax, settlement of procedures, infrastructure construction, and others.
After listening to the speeches addressed by some attendants, Xiang Lili stated that it was purposely to form a sound development condition to solve the problems faced by the enterprises by handling this kind of comprehensive coordination conference of key industrial projects and key enterprises. Great attention should be placed on supporting the industrial development with better aftereffects, driving forces, structure, advantages, and features.

Xiang said the measures listed by central government and Hunan provincial government on keeping stable increase, promotion of reform, structure adjustment and improvement of well-being condition should be implemented well in Chenzhou city to provide a sound development condition to the enterprises’ further development. Some work on simplifying administrative procedures, derating of taxes and fees, settling more favorable policies, and etc. should be promoted to grant an optimized policy condition to the public. Sound social environment, entrepreneurial environment and living environment should be upgraded. Better logistics condition should be formed to decrease the logistic cost. Optimized financing environment should be granted to the enterprises to solve their problems of financing.

Xiang pointed out that great effort should be placed on further promotion of new industrialization and substantial economy, especially on the key industrial projects construction. More attention should be paid on industrial parks’s construction to upgrade the concentration rate of industries. Better scheduling work on industry should be handled out in Chenzhou city. Comprehensive coordination conference for key industrial projects construction should be held at regular period to solve the problems hindered on the way of the enterprises’ development. More support should be placed by the government with favorable policy. Enhanced investment attraction work should be promoted to improve the development of enterprises cluster.

Xiang said all the industrial enterprises should keep confidence to solve the problems by adjusting structure and seizing some chances to ensure all annual tasks to be fulfilled on time and to contribute more to Chenzhou city’s take-off. More careful study on market should be carried out by the enterprises to upgrade their development level.
Xiang also emphasized that strengthened supervision work should be handled out to ensure all the problems to be solved on time.
