It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited the industrial parks of Zixing city and Yongxing county recently. It was required that more attention should be placed on the projects construction to upgrade the quality of the industrial parks and its infrastructure condition, so more investors could be attracted to settle down here and the transformation and upgrading of industries there could be accelerated accordingly.

Qu Hai visited Jiangbei Industrial Park and Ziwu Industrial Park of Zixing city and went to some enterprises and projects sites. On learning the employment problems faced by some enterprises, Qu Hai emphasized that more efforts should be tried on guarantee of the production elements as water, electricity, employment, and etc. to ensure the enterprises to be promoted fluently.

In Yongxing county, Qu Hai visited Taihe Industrial Park of Yongxing Economy and Development Zone and Bolin Industrial Park. Qu investigated Yongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Xiongfeng Non-ferrous Company and the infrastructure construction of the park on his trip. He stated that more vigor should be placed on the integration of traditional advantageous industries to upgrade their advantages and improve their competitiveness.

120,000square meters and 160,000square meters standard workshops have been finished in Yongxing county and Zixing city respectively in the first half year. The investments placed on technology, industry and trade were amounted to 23billion yuan and 22.6billion yuan separately. Qu highly affirmed their sound work and stated that the industrial park was the most important carrier and platform for investment attraction and undertaking industrial transfer, so more efforts should be tried on the improvement of infrastructure construction, greening work, administration, and etc. to attract more investors there.

Qu required that more attention should be placed on the preparation and scheduling of projects to promote more projects to be settled down in the parks. On the other hand, more workforce, material and capital should be placed on the projects under construction to accelerate their construction and ensure them to be fulfilled on time with good quality.

Qu emphasized that it should focus on the improvement of headquarters economy by placing more supports on the cultivation of key enterprises, guiding the enterprises to upgrade engineering and environmental efficiency, and attracting more investment. More attention should be placed on the construction of incubation base and research & development base to forge the industrial chain with the cooperation of production, university and research. Along with the improvement of industrial chain, some advanced technology projects could be attracted to settle down there and improve the upgrading and transformation of industry accordingly.
