It was reported that Zhao Xiaoming- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee led a supervision group to visit Chenzhou city and check its work on deeply reform. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and the leader of Chenzhou deeply reform work team attended relative activities.

The supervision group visited Chenzhou civil affairs center, Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park and Zixing city communicated with the people and cadres on their trip.
Some "solution comments" and other relative working points issued by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and special working groups were carried out in Chenzhou city. These files covered settlement of 6 reform relations, grasp of 4 reform lines, establishment of 6 comprehensive reform areas, and promotion of 40 key reform tasks and the Party's mechanism construction in 7 key economic and social fields. Chenzhou city was one of the cities which issued the complete revolution files firstly in Hunan province.

Zhao Xiaoming highly affirmed the revolution work carried out by Chenzhou city. Zhao said Chenzhou city went ahead of other cities on the design of solutions, time schedule, liability statement, and etc. for reform. Its good experiences on the promotion of administrative approval mechanism, commercial registration and other points were good for propagandizing in other cities of Hunan province. The investigation team would submitted all the experiences and solutions to Hunan Provincial Party Committee.
