It just took three months to fill Chenzhou city’s blank on housing industrialization project

“ Chenzhou production base of Broad Homes Industrial International Co., Ltd. goes to operation” declared by He Baoxiang- Vice Governor of Hunan Province on Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone recently. It helped to fill Chenzhou city’s blank on housing industrialization project. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City were present at the opening ceremony.

Broad Homes Industrial International Co., Ltd. was the first housing industrialization enterprise introduced by Chenzhou city. This new industrial enterprise was the first authorized enterprise under the category of “housing industry” in China, which was also a building industrialization and comprehensive leading enterprise with the functions of research and design, industrial production, engineering construction, manufacturing, and operation service. Chenzhou production base which was invested with over 200million yuan was with the estimated annual construction capacity of 1.0million square meters and annual output value of 2.0billion yuan. Currently, two public rental housing projects as 130,000square-meters “Jintian Jiayuan” and 160,000square-meters “Dongcheng Jiayuan” were undertaken by the Broad Homes with its most advanced sixth integration housing technology.

Qu Hai delivered a speech on the opening ceremony and stated that it just took about 3 months to finish the production base project which set a new record for the construction of Chenzhou city’s key projects. It was the achievement for all constructors’ great efforts as well as the result for the transformation of government functions, upgrading of administrative efficiency and optimization of economic development condition. It perfectly showed the “time advantage”of Broad Homes’ industrialization of construction. Chenzhou city would keep its high level service for Broad Homes’ development, actively guide transformation development of traditional construction enterprises, fully promote the improvement of housing industrialization, and work together with Broad Homes to forge Chenzhou city to be a national demonstration base of housing industrialization.

Zhang Jian- Director of Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group expressed his joys to be back to join in Chenzhou city’s economic and social construction. He appreciated the great supports placed by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Chenzhou Government and Chenzhou Export Processing Zone ( Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park), which helped Broad Homes to finish the project with just 3 months. It greatly showed “Chenzhou efficiency” and created “Broad Homes speed”. Zhang also expressed his willing to provide more opening and flexible platform and technology for enhancing the cooperation with Chenzhou city and promoting Chenzhou city’s modernization of housing industrialization.
