It was learned that the principals of Chenzhou Education Foundation and Chenzhou Federation of Trade Union visited some high schools of Chenzhou city and issued the edu-aid funds which was mainly used for high school students there. 618 students were donated with the edu-aid funds of 1200yuan/person.

Huang Yi who is 17 years old is one of the senior high students in Chenzhou Third Middle School. His father died from nasopharynx cancer in this August. In order to save his father, his family owed thousands of hundred yuan, which made Huang Yi suffered greatly from this heavy burden.

There are many students faced similar situation as Huang Yi in Chenzhou city. Though the situation is hard for them, they still tried their best to study well. In order to help such students, Chenzhou Education Foundation and Chenzhou Federation of Trade Union issued some edu-aid funds for them.

It was introduced that 18 high schools of counties and districts of Chenzhou city were covered into this edu-aid activity for high schools. 741.700yuan edu-aid funds were issued to the 618 students. At the meantime, 14 students were issued with edu-aid funds from Hunan Provincial Education Foundation of 3000yuan/person.
