Sidelights for conference of Hunan provincial industrial parks work

Though it is late autumn, Chenzhou city is still full of greening views.

In the afternoon of Oct. 30, 2014, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and some other municipal leaders of Chenzhou city led a group of representatives who attended conference of Hunan industrial parks work to visit Chenzhou Export Processing Zone ( Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone), Zixing Economic Development Zone, Ziwu Industrial Park, and etc. and investigate the development of the industrial parks of Chenzhou city.

When the representatives arrived at Chenzhou Export Processing Zone ( Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone), they were amazed to see such convenient transportation, greening, and standard workshops conditions of the zone.

When they arrived at Delta Electronic, workers in the modern workshops were carefully operating the production lines of transformer, network devices, and etc. “The workshops of second phase were placed to operation last year and some new production lines were launched then accordingly. Currently, we are working with sufficient orders.”introduced by the principal of the company.

When stepped into the workshops of Broad Home, workers were producing one piece of PC board. After some preset procedures, the board would be shaped in minutes. It will be delivered to the construction site after days of maintenance.

“Chenzhou city well played its location advantage to promote the development of industrial parks. Infrastructure construction introduction of green enterprises were handled out well. All the experiences were worthy to try.”said Shu Guangming- Director of Management Committee of Industrial Concentration Zone of Huitong County, Huaihua City.

One the way from Chenzhou Export Processing Zone ( Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone) to Zixing Economic Development Zone, the representatives enjoyed the beautiful sceneries of Xihe Beach Park, Xihe Wetland Park, Jintian Lake, and etc. Tang Yali- Chief of Investment Attraction Department of Management Committee of Fenghuang Industrial Concentration Zone of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture exclaimed that: “it was surprised to see such blue sky condition in industrial park. Once the environment of industrial parks was improved well, it would be a golden brand for investment attraction.”

Chenzhou Fengyue Environment Technology Co., Ltd. which was located in Ziwu Industrial Park was an environmental protection enterprise professionally in handling smelting waste, scrap material and tails and recycling non-ferrous metals. It was placed to operation on this June 1. It was estimated to gain 200million yuan profits and tax payments. Deng Shihuang- Director of Zhangjiajie Development and Reform Commission said to the reporters after visiting the company, “it is precious experience for Chenzhou city to successfully reach the goals of industrial transformation, rational industrial structure and rapid development of industrial parks’ economy by undertaking industrial transfer.”

The representatives shared their ideas on the trip of investigation. “Paying attention on industrial park is for promoting development”became the hottest topic among the attendants. Fang Ming who was from Management Committee of Green Chemical Industrial Park of Yueyang city stated that: “I have to bring the good experience of Chenzhou industrial parks’development back to my city, especially the experience on introducing the investors by sound infrastructure construction.”
