Multifunctional “anti-haze respirator”, blood collection device, first-aid packet, high precision medical polymer products, high precision medical plastic products and some other technical medical apparatus and instruments were capable to be manufactured in Improve Medical (Hunan) Co., Ltd. which was settled in undertaking industrial park of Yizhang Economic Development Zone.

The above project was launched in this February. Till now, over 60million yuan investment has been fulfilled and sterilization workshops, fire-fighting equipment installation, and 70% plants’external wall decoration have been completed. Once the whole project finished, its annual output value can hit 500million yuan and provide over 1000 job vacancies for local area.
In the afternoon of November 17, 2014, the attendants of on-site investigation conference visited Yizhang city and were impressed with its acceleration of open economy development by undertaking industrial transfer.

From the beginning of 2014, Yizhang county placed great attention of “great development of industrial park”, deeply carried out the activity of “synergia year” for promotion of great development of industrial park, and deepened the strategy of “undertaking industrial transfer”to promote the comprehensive economic development of the industrial park. Currently, the project Brown was on constructing industrial chain items as power plants, automate devices, elevator parts, lifting equipments, and etc. once finished, it can reach annual output value of 5billion yuan. The second phase of Liminda Electronics which was invested with 500million yuan and Hetian cold warehousing project whose underground refrigerated storage covered 65,000 cubic meters were being promoted well. From this January to October, the total scale industrial added value of the industrial park was amounted to 1.65billion yuan with an increase of 14.4%.

At the meantime, Yizhang county paid more attention on the construction of open platforms. The adjustment and expansion proposal of economic development zone which covered with 10.47 square kilometers has been approved by the experts and was being proceed to the checking and approval procedures. 68 enterprises have been introduced into the park. Yizhang Shuangxin Industrial Co., Ltd. which was a private enterprise was introduced into the park to handle the standard workshops and supporting dormitories. 282,500 square meters standard workshops have been completed by the company. Yizhang Fluorine Chemistry Cycling Industrial Park was enrolled into the list of 16 Hunan provincial industrial concentrated zone by Hunan Provincial Government.

Concerned for the undertaking industrial transfer, Yizhang county kept playing more efforts on undertaking industrial transfer, docking with the state-owned enterprises, and improving vertical scaling of open cooperation. 18 projects as Wanxinglong Electronics, Ziguangweiye, Hetian new construction material and others were settled down in Yizhang county. Till the end of this October, the actual use of foreign investment hit $93.472million with an increase of 72.4%, while the paid-in domestic investment hit 2.742billion yuan with an increase of 32%.
