“Four-thousand project” of Chenzhou city’s under taking industrial transfer was enrolled in the list

It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Economy and Information Committee that a joint press exchange meeting was held by Hunan Provincial Propaganda Department and Hunan Provincial Economy and Information Committee on November. Ten highlights of Hunan provincial promotion of new industrialization were released on the meeting, covering “four-thousand project”of Chenzhou city’s under taking industrial transfer.

It was stated that though the economic situation was complicated in 2014, there were still some highlights available. Concerned for the stable increase and promotion of development, Chenzhou city carefully implemented, well played the roles of “34” first trial policies granted by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government and played great efforts on platform construction, infrastructure construction, investment attraction, and etc. It took active actions on carrying out “four-thousand project” of undertaking industrial transfer as well, which was purposely to build over 10million square meters workshops, introduce more than 1000 transferring enterprises, actually use domestic and foreign capitals of over 100billion yuan and hit the goal of more than 100billion yuan industrial added value in 3 years from 2012.

In last 2 years, great achievements were reached on Chenzhou city’s new industrialization by carry out the “four-thousand project” of undertaking industrial transfer. Till now, more than 16million square meters standard workshops have been finished in Chenzhou city with a renting rate of over 95%, which helped to cultivate a batch of industrial clusters and advantageous enterprises. The output volume of Chenzhou city’s non-ferrous metals, coal and construction materials and eight industries as electronic & information hit 100billion yuan, 20billion yuan and 10billion yuan respectively. 4 enterprises as Yuteng Non-ferrous, China Resource Power, and other 2 ones were enrolled into top 100 list of Hunan province. Jingui Silver was listed successfully. Over 1300 transferring enterprises were introduced into Chenzhou city in last 2 years. Furthermore, the total volume of actual use of domestic and foreign capitals and processing trade ranked in advanced place among other cities of Hunan province.
