It was reported that a signing ceremony for Lufeng Middle School’s teaching building project was held on January 13, 2015 among Guiyang Juyuan Investment Properties Co., Ltd., Guiyang Lufeng Middle School and Guiyang Education Foundation. According to the agreement, Guiyang Juyuan Investment Properties Co., Ltd. would donate 15million yuan on the construction of the teaching building project.

It was introduced that the reconstruction and extension project of Lufeng Middle School is one of the well being projects handled out by Guiyang government to improve local school condition and promote the integration of education resources. The project was covered with over 40million yuan investment budget which would place on the construction of one new teaching building, one field stadium, one school gate, basketball court, badminton court, main roads, and etc. The five-floor teaching building is about 10,000sqaure meters, including 20 common classrooms, labs of biology, chemistry and physics, and some other function rooms of music, dance and art. Once finished, the teaching capacity for the school can be increased to 54 classes, which would be helpful to effectively relieve current situation of oversized classes. It was estimated to be placed to operation in the autumn season of 2015.

In the donation ceremony, Wang You’an- Director of Guiyang Juyuan Investment Properties Co., Ltd. hoped that the donation would be with some help for the construction of Lufeng Middle School and also stated that he would keep supporting his hometown’s education industry with his best efforts.
