It was reported that 2015 working conference for Chenzhou Education Foundation was held on March 30, 2015 in Chenzhou city. The presidents and secretary-general of the education foundations of 11 counties and districts of Chenzhou city gathered there to discuss the development plans of Chenzhou education funds. It was learned from the conference, Chenzhou Education Foundation would implement “5211” projects in 2015.

From 2010 to 2014, over 244.66million yuan was collected by Chenzhou Education Foundation, covering 48% of the total amount of recent 15 years, while more than 161.16million yuan were expanded during that period, covering 45.79% of the total amount of recent 15 years. 90.021 poverty stricken students were benefited from “loving edu-aid”and 57,271 teachers were benefited from “candle activity”. 32,091 teachers and students joined in the public activity named as “inheritance of love”. It also subsidized 501 education and research development projects and 368 stricken and poor schools’ construction. Chenzhou Education Foundation fulfilled the targets set for“5215” projects in 2014. The education spending on Chenzhou municipal level service was amounted to 7.30million yuan, ranking the first place of Hunan province.

In 2015. Chenzhou Education Foundation would carry out “5211” project which refers to collecting over 50million yuan funds for Chenzhou municipal and county level education foundations; subsidizing over 20,000 poverty stricken students by “loving edu-aid”; supporting 10,000 teachers by “candle activity”; and organizing 10,000 teachers and students to join in the activity of “inheritance of love”.

Zhao Yizheng- Honored president of Chenzhou Education Foundation, Jiang Taosheng- President of Chenzhou Education Foundation, and Li Qingsheng and He Jianxiang- Vice President of Chenzhou Education Foundation attended the conference.
