It was reported promotion conference for the construction of Chenzhou National High-tech Industrial Zone & first job fair for innovational and enterprising talents was held in Chenzhou city on April 26, 2015. Cao Jianlin- Deputy Minister of the State Ministry of Science and Technology delivered the plague to Chenzhou National High-tech Industrial Zone. Huang Lanxiang- Vice Governor of Hunan Province attended the ceremony and addressed a speech there.

Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee gave a speech on the ceremony and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the ceremony. Zhao Yuhai- Director of High-tech Development and Industry Department of Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhang Zhihong- Director of Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, Chen Xiaochun- Deputy Secretary-general of Hunan Government, Tong Xudong- Minister of Hunan Provincial Ministry of Science and Technology, and some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city were present at the ceremony.

Cao Jianlin congratulated Chenzhou high-tech Industrial Zone to be upgraded as national level high-tech industrial zone. He said Chenzhou is the south gate for Hunan province’s connection with Guangdong province, HK, Macau and the world, and is an important channel and point for the economic circle of south China and inland economic belt. To promote the upgrading of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone is helpful to optimize the strategic arrangement of national high-tech industrial zone, accelerate the development and opening up of south Hunan province, forge innovative center of Xiang-Gan-Yue region, undertake industrial transfer, forge new increasing pole for the regional rapid development, and explore sustainable development model for the resource-oriented city with the assistance of technological innovation. Cao hoped that Chenzhou could seize the chance to take the best advantages of supporting and leading functions of technology on economic and social development; could highlight the innovative driving development, innovation and entrepreneur, cultivation of talents, deepening reform, and expansion of opening up, and could connect young people’s fancy ideas with market demands.

Huang Lanxiang stated that Chenzhou city is an important demonstration point of trying-first and two-oriented society. She hoped that Chenzhou could further enhance the organization and leadership to handle high-level planning, high-standard construction; could further innovate systems and mechanism, refresh ideas and concepts, optimize ideas and concepts, and optimize development condition to attract more enterprises to settle down in the high-tech industrial zone. It should try best to improve Chenzhou National High-tech Industrial Zone to be a high-tech industrial zone with obvious industrial advantages, strong core competitiveness, and certain influence nationwide, which would contribute better to Hunan provincial economic and social development.

Yi Pengfei stated that it is a great achievements for Chenzhou city’s years economic and social development especially the industrial park’s construction to improve Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone to be national level high-tech industrial zone. It should keep the guiding role of innovation, leading role of industry, supporting role of talent and driving role of reform to improve Chenzhou National High-tech Industrial Zone to be a leading area of Chenzhou’s reform and opening up, prior area of industrial transfer, concentrated area of innovation and enterprising, gathering area of high-tech industries, which was purposely to create a new phase for Chenzhou scientific development.
