It was reported that promotion conference for the industrial projects construction of industrial park was held in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. 60 industrial projects were finished or launched together on the conference. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required that the concepts of development first, project first and enterprise first should be further set up to reach new breakthroughs on industrial projects construction.

From the beginning of 2015, “1555” working project for the innovation entrepreneurship park was kept as the priority work of Chenzhou city. The industrial projects were promoted powerfully and the development of innovation entrepreneurship park was improved well.

Before the beginning of the conference, Qu Hai led the heads of counties and districts and some principals of subordinate departments to visit the construction site of Changchong innovation entrepreneurship park of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and demonstration of the counties and districts’ innovation entrepreneurship parks. Qu required that all departments should learn from the advanced unit to promote the industrial projects construction forcefully.

Qu Hai stated on the conference that a batch of projects were scheduled, finished and launched together under new situation and new requirement. It was purposely to express a guide that projects construction especially for the industrial projects construction is the priority among all priorities of Chenzhou city’s development, so all departments should pay closer attention on the projects construction. On the other hand, it was purposely to place an order that all departments should be play as the leading role to serve for the projects with all efforts.

Qu Hai emphasized that all departments should further enhance the sense of responsibility and sense of urgency well handle the construction of innovation entrepreneurship park especially the industrial projects construction. The settlement of projects should be carried out more practical by well handling the preliminary work; the investment attraction model should be innovated to attract more investments and settle more projects; the speed of promotion should be accelerated that all projects which have been settled down should be promoted with detailed construction design, facilitated with green channel, and promoted to be launched and finished sooner; all finished projects should be placed to operation sooner; the connection and reporting work should be well handled to study the national development strategy & join with the national and Hunan provincial “thirteen five-year”plan and obtain more projects and supports accordingly; and the service work should be well handled to give priority to “1555” working plan and sound condition and best service should be provided to the projects by handling some studies and coordination by main leaders.
