When reporter arrived at the construction site of comprehensive treatment project of Xihe river which covered with 1.3billion yuan investments, they saw such a harmonious scenery there. Along with the overall treatment of the whole basin and construction of "one belt, two lines, four parks and five stations", Xihe river became one of the excellent water ecology belts of Chenzhou city.

The comprehensive treatment of Xihe river is one of the successful examples for the promotion of key projects of Chenzhou city. In 2015, there are 102 key projects covered with 114.6billion yuan investments need to be handled in Chenzhou city. In order to implement the key projects construction, a working mechanism of "one project, one leader, one batch of staffs, and one solution" was being carried out in Chenzhou city. Series of effective measures were adopted by all departments to carry out the activity of "promotion year of industrial parks' construction". They confirmed the working targets of "building 1million square meters of standard workshops, introducing 100 innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises, and obtaining 100million yuan Hunan provincial financial special funds" to promote the new construction peak of projects. Yongxing county held the activity of "month of concentrated launch of projects" that 26 private projects were started concentratedly and held "promotion conference of PPP projects" that 6 PPP projects covered with 6.98billion yuan investments were signed successfully and 6 key investment attraction projects contracts covered with 6.91billikn yuan were signed as well. All of those helped to reach a good opening of the projects construction.

Currently, 120million yuan investment for Dongjiang lake diversion project has been finished. 14 new projects as Yintai new energy auto industrial park, Xianggong welding materials, treatment of Changchong shanty town, Taiwan trading center, Huaping road, Binfei world, Hengsheng environmental protection technology, Naipu power, Guiyang cultural park, Yizhang wind power, Yongxing Lanbo high-tech agricultural industrial park, Dongjia electronics, and etc., and 22 continuous construction projects as Linyi Avenue, road network of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, Dongwan Primary School, Luoxian School, Xiaojiachong Primary School, Guiyang Taoyuan water reservoir, Guiyang gas utilization, Yizhang Huangsha- Mount Mang highway, Yongxing new material and new energy industrial park, Zixing - Yongxing Qingjieshan road, and etc. were being promoted rapidly. According to the record, 4.428billion yuan investments have been finished for the key projects of Chenzhou city with an increase of 4%. 3.458billion yuan of them were for 66 continuous construction projects and 970million yuan were for the new projects construction. All the key projects construction work was being promoted well.
