Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated Guidong county and Rucheng county's economic and social development from June 11-June 12,2015. Yi stated that green environment is the most treasurable fortunes for the sustainable development, so both counties should keep following the concepts of green development and ecological development to handle the poverty alleviation and promote the economic and social development.
Though it was rainy day, Yi Pengfei and his investigation team still visited some factories and farmers in Guidong county and Rucheng county to learn details of their economic and social development. Yi also listened carefully to the reports delivered by the principals of the two counties.

In Guidong county, all the chemical factories were fully shut down and great supports were placed on series industrial enterprises as Cao's garment plant in Zengkou Entrepreneurship Park and some modern agricultural projects as taxis chinensis seeding base in Dadong village of Oujiang town. All the measures on the protection of green environment, promotion of industrial transformation and acceleration of development and their effects made great impressed on the members of the investigation team. In Rucheng county, Reshui town was full of fresh air after the heavy rain, lotus planted in Jianshan ancient village bloomed beautifully, leading role of tea industry of Nuanshui town was showed preliminarily, and villages planted in Tianzhuang town were delivered to Hong Kong, all of which indicated the advantageous development of Rucheng county and all members of the investigation team were excited to see such great achievements gained by Rucheng county.

On the investigation, Yi Pengfei stated that he can well learn the great changes of the urban and rural changes of the two counties, great effects of ecological civilization construction and optimization of industrial structure. At the mean time, both two counties followed their practical condition to improve the development and gained great results, and the party members and cadres worked hard to handle relative work, all of which should be highly affirmed.

Yi Pengfei stated that Guidong and Rucheng county are with sound ecological advantages and two counties should keep follow the concepts of green development and ecological development to promote the sustainable development of economy and society; should pay great efforts on protecting the sound ecological and land condition and upgrade ecological civilization construction to a higher place to handle protection and development work together; should combine ecological advantages and improvement of cultural tourism together, especially the protection of historical culture with south Hunan features to improve the tourism industry with characteristics of green, red and features.
Yi stated that both the two counties are poverty stricken counties, so special attention should be placed on the exact poverty alleviation work on the process of green development and ecological development; different poverty alleviation measures should be applied as industries support, poverty alleviation in different places, improvement of featured agriculture, leisure tourism, and etc. to upgrade "hematopoietic function" of the poverty alleviation work; and the relative importance and emergency of poverty alleviation work should be well grasped to promote the work comprehensively and ensure all well-off targets to be fulfilled.

Yi Pengfei pointed out that the Party's construction and working style construction should be well handled on the requirements of "three-strict and three-real". All party members and cadres should enhance the education of revolutionary traditions and enhance the red memories, to lay solid foundation for the Party's construction and working style construction; the requirements of "three-strict and three-real" should be implemented on every point of the Party's construction and working style construction to build good image of the Party members and cadres; and the development should be followed the requirements of "three-strict and three-real" to keep the sound trend of economic and social development.
