It was reported that the special training course of informatization was held by Chenzhou city on December 8, 2015. More than 220 people such as the principals of relative departments of the 11 counties and districts of Chenzhou city and principals of leading group of key enterprises and informatization of Chenzhou city attended the training. Liu Qiu-Deputy Director of Hunan Economy and Informatization Commission, Wang Bohua- CEO of Inspur Group, Ye Xiulin- Informatization Expert of Ufida Group, and some other top level informatization experts of China were invited to present the special lectures such as industry 4.0, big data, internet+ manufacturing, and etc.

In recent years, great achievements were gained by Chenzhou city on the construction of informatization and digital Chenzhou that the planning system and supporting system of digital Chenzhou have been preliminarily shaped and series policies on promotion of development of informatization were issued sequentially. “Digital urban management” of Chenzhou Urban Management Department, “Smart Skynet” of Chenzhou Public Security Department, “Geological space frame of digital city” and “Sky map- Chenzhou”of Chenzhou Land and Resource Department, “Regional sanitary informatization platform” of Chenzhou Department of Health, and some other projects were being improved stably. Currently, 540,000 families of Chenzhou city are facilitated with broadband; the coverage rate of optical network in Chenzhou urban area and downtowns of all counties and administrative villages are 100% and 65.6% respectively, and the access capacity for all the broadband users is 100M.

Chenzhou city carried out the assessment of integration of informatization and industrialization for 300 industrial enterprises in recent 2 years, which helped to promote the rapid development of electronic information industry. Electronic material, photoelectron, components and consumer complete machine and some other electronic information industrial clusters began to take shape. From this January to October, the prime operating revenue of electronic information manufacturing hit 20.41billion yuan, up 14.5%, including 970million yuan profits, up 18%. The total profits and tax payments were amounted to 1.73billion yuan, up 12.3%.
