It was reported that Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress led an investigation team which consisted of the principals of some departments as Chenzhou Economy and Information Committee, Chenzhou National Tax Bureau, and etc. to investigate the production condition of some key enterprises. Zhong stated that all departments should try best to support the improvement of enterprises.

Zhong and the investigation team visited China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Xiasheng Mining Company and learned the details of their businesses and future plans. China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. which is the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the listed company- China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company with the functions of production and R&D, and a mainstay enterprise with key support of Chenzhou Government and one of the most representative enterprises of South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone. In 2015, its total revenue hit 292million yuan which was 95million yuan more than last year. It was estimated to reach 409.80million yuan in 2016. Xiasheng Mining Company which is a wholly-owned company of Xiasheng Group is mainly on operating the businesses of mining, real estate, auto, and etc. The total property of it is about 600million yuan, while its annual sales volume is 300million, contributing more than 26million yuan taxes.

Zhong Benqiang communicated well with the principals of the company when he visited China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and listened to their comments and suggestions carefully. Zhong stated that it witnessed the reform and development of Chenzhou city and contributed greatly to Chenzhou city’s economic development as a sound and emerging industry. It is significant for Chenzhou city to get the supports of famous enterprises, so all departments should keep following up with it and help to solve its problems on time. Zhong also expected that the company can keep contributing more to the city’s further development.

Zhong pointed out on his trip to Xiasheng Mining Company that all enterprises should pay the tax on accordance with relative laws. On the other hand, due to the higher pressure of economic downturn, all departments should assist the enterprises to cope with some practical problems and promote their healthy development.
