It fulfilled the zero breakthrough of national level agricultural technology park in Chenzhou city

Recently, the General Office of the State Ministry of Science and Technology released “Notice for the construction of 7th batch national agricultural technology parks”, which indicated the launching of construction of 7th batch parks, including 82 parks as Fangshan of Beijing. Chenzhou, Shaoyang, and Ningxiang were the three ones from Hunan province. It fulfilled the zero breakthrough of national level agricultural technology park in Chenzhou city

According to the planning, Chenzhou National Agriculture Technology Park will follow the general structure of “core area- demonstration area- radiation area” and functional layout of “one center, five parks, and one axis” to handle the construction work. Core area includes 17 counties (towns) of Anren county; demonstration area includes 8 counties (cities and districts) around the core area; and radiation area includes Luoxiao mountainous area and surrounding areas of Hunan, Guangdong, and Jiangxi province. “One center” refers to integration demonstration center of agricultural technology; “five parks” refer to high standard and quality grain park, high quality traditional Chinese medicine materials park, ecological fitness breeding park, green agricultural products processing park, and waste cycling park. “One axis” refers to development axis of Shennong cultural tourism. It played significant guiding and demonstration role on transforming traditional mountainous agriculture to modern mountainous agriculture in Luoxiao mountainous area by establishing this national level park.
