It was learned from Linwu county the asphalt pavement work for Industrial Avenue which was placed over 300million yuan investment has been finished, and now it was being proceeded to greening, lighting, and stepping stone pavement, accounting for 90% of the total designed work. Once the avenue placed to operation, about 10 square kilometers of the new industrial zone of the county would be improved greatly, which would promote entrepreneurship, employment, and economic development.

From 2015, Linwu county focused on the projects construction. It took key projects as the “engine” of economic development and handled out “projects construction battle”, which improved the construction work hotly. 96 projects were implemented by the county in 2015, including 80 construction projects and 16 preliminary work projects covered with 24.197billion yuan total investment, 3.8billion yuan of which has been finished in that year.

In order to promote the key projects construction, Linwu county followed the requirements of “three in-place” of capital, technology, and supervision, “three increase” of construction time, labor force, and device, and “three guarantee” of progress, quality, and safety to implement the construction work. “Green channel” for the procedure settlement of key projects was opened by relative function department of the county. Some favorable policies on taxes and fees were implemented well, which provided sound condition for all projects. Furthermore, dynamic management for county level key projects was handled out by the county that leaders and departments were designated to take charge of specified projects and handle scheduling work at least one time each month.

The projects construction improved the economic development well. In 2015, the regional GDP of Linwu county was amounted to 10.8billion yuan, up 8.7%; the investment placed on fixed assets was over 10billion yuan for the first time, up 19.1%; and added value of scaled industry hit 3.04billion yuan, up 9.0%.
