The shopping center is situated on the crossing of Linyi Avenue of Chenzhou High-tech Zone and Linwei 4th Road. It is invested and operated by Hunan Wanqing Deye International Trading Co., Ltd. The running area of first phase is over 6000square meters. It is the second large-scale cross-board bonded products shopping center available in Hunan province, while the first one in Chenzhou city. Cosmetics, household necessities, baby products, import red wines, sea foods, global foods, soft drinks & beers, household items, health care products, and etc. are available there. Followed this O2O mode, consumers can shop on the stores directly, as well as enjoy simultaneous shopping mode on the experiencing zone. Once placed the order online, the products will be delivered to the oversea warehouses and delivered to consumers after the processes of shipping and custom clearance. After paying the taxes, consumers can get the items they favored. Compared with other channels, consumers can save some cost.

Chenzhou High-tech Zone is the exclusive national export-import processing zone of Hunan province. Favored with the logistics bonded function in 2009, it was improved to be a comprehensive bonded area successfully.
