It was reported that 2016 annual meeting of “Red Rectangle” was held in Chenzhou city on July 5, 2016. As the president of the council, Chenzhou city will inaugurate four activities.

Hu Juwen- Deputy Mayor of Ganzhou City which is the rotating president of the council delivered 2015 working report there. A handover ceremony was held on the conference as well. He Jianxiang- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City accepted the emblem of “Red Rectangle” Council for Promotion of Economic Development on behalf of Chenzhou city and presented 2016 working plan.

Kenneth Fok who is Vice CEO of Fok Ying Tung Group stated that great achievements were gained by three cities on regional transportation, supervision of food and pharmacy, and etc. with the breakthrough of economy and tourism, which greatly helped to promote the economic and social development of the three cities. FOK Ying Tung Funds and the council would place more efforts on promoting the cooperation among the three cities, especially tourism industry and culture & education, and etc. At the meantime, it would work together with the partners to explore new fields.

He Jianxiang stated that as the rotating president of this year, Chenzhou city would pay closer attention on discovering more advantages, extending cooperation filed, upgrading the cooperation level, improving cooperative effects, and playing the best role of the council. Followed the theme and requirements confirmed on this conference, Chenzhou city would strengthen the propaganda work, implement preset working plan, carry out docking of projects, and promoting cooperation, which was purposely to cultivate the brand of “red rectangle” and grant more profits to the people of Chenzhou, Ganzhou, Shaoguan cities and Nansha District of Guangzhou City.
