It was stated by Yi Pengfei on his scheduling of tourism and culture industrial projects

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee handled out the scheduling of tourism and culture industrial projects on July 20, 2016. He stated that investment attraction and projects improvement should be placed as the first priority for improving tourism and culture industry. The promotion of projects should be evaluated as the key standard of relative cadre and department's work. All problems hindered on the way of further improvement of projects should be well solved.

The report concerned for the improvement of tourism and culture industry was released on the conference. In 2016, there are 10 major tourism projects covered with 26.56billion yuan investment available in Chenzhou city, 4.75billion yuan of which was for annual planned investment. Till the end of this June, 2.19billion yuan has been completed, accounting for 46.2% of annual plan.

Among all the major tourism and culture projects, tourism development of Mount Mang was being improved well that it reached the frame agreement with Mount Huangshan Tourism Group; 40million yuan investment has been finished on Feitian Mountain Tourism and Culture Industrial Park of Suxian district, accounting for 40% of annual plan; 719million yuan investments were placed on the tourism festival projects of Beihu district, accounting for 42.8% of annual plan; 297million yuan investment and 60million yuan investment have been finished on Luoquan Hot Spring and Jinshan Ancient Village of Rucheng county respectively; 867million yuan has been completed on Yongxing Changlu International Tourism and Leisure Resort, accounting for 43.4% of annual plan; and 172million yuan was finished on Zixing Tourism and Culture Industrial Innovation Park, accounting for 80% of annual plan.

After listening to the speeches addressed by attendees, Yi Pengfei stated that the awareness about promoting investment, industry, and development by projects should be further enhanced. All cadres should pay closer attention on projects as their career pursuit.

Yi Pengfei emphasized that investment attraction and projects improvement should be placed as the first priority for the development of tourism and culture industry. Investment attraction should be handled out on the basis of introduction of enterprise entities, while the projects improvement should be promoted on the basis of settlement and launching of projects. True breakthrough should be reached on the investment attraction and investment attraction. Sound condition and solid support should be provided for the projects as well.

Yi also stated that some problems hindered on the way of the development of tourism and culture industry should be well solved. Reform of mechanism and system should be further deepened, while the relationship between administration and resource management should be well handled. Better service and more efficient checking and approval procedures should be provided by the departments. All departments should coordinate with each other to promote the projects together and obtain more Hunan provincial level supports by settling preliminary work and procedures.
