In recent days, groups of mystery people visited the construction sites of some key projects of Rucheng county. Besides scouting the details of the projects, they also asked workers some questions on-site. It was introduced that those people were some staffs hired by Rucheng county to handle audit and supervision of projects invested by government. It was purposely to escort the key projects.

There are 115 key projects available in Rucheng county this year, amounting to 11.2billion yuan investments. 50 of them are covered with government investments and 14 are government-invested or PPP-model. In order to ensure all the capitals are well placed on the exact points, the audit departments of Rucheng county strengthened the audit of government-invested projects and effectively controlled the illegal or waste behaviors on the processes on bidding, contracting, procuring, licensing, and etc.

In order to make sure all data were collected correctly at the first time, Rucheng county innovated new auditing mechanism that it hired 7 people who are familiar with audit businesses and impartial to handle the audit and monitoring work randomly. It helped to save cost of projects and ensure the project quality.

Besides setting government-invested projects audit center, the county also introduced 4 audit agents to assist local government's projects auditing work. In the first half year of 2016, 70 projects were finished in the county. 449.806million yuan capitals concerned for them were audited by the county, saving 42.09million yuan capitals.
