It was reported that scheduling conference for 2016 agricultural exhibition of Hunan province was held in Chenzhou city recently. The preparation and organization work for 2016 Hunan (Chenzhou) 2nd Agricultural Products Expo (short for Chenzhou agricultural products expo) and 14th China International Agricultural Products Fair were deployed on the conference.

After listening to the working report on preliminary work of Chenzhou agricultural products expo which was delivered by Chenzhou Agricultural Commission, the attendees visited Zixing Service Center of Alibaba Rural Taobao and Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center where is the main hall of Chenzhou agricultural products expo.

As required on the conference, all cities should pay high attention on the organization and preparation of Chenzhou agricultural products expo and14th China International Agricultural Products Fair; should enhance the propaganda work and organize agricultural enterprises to attend the show; and should take active action on promotion work and fulfill the task of selling at least 5 standard stands. The organization commission should well handle the organization work, figure out relative solutions, and ensure the security.

Tang Jianchu who is the Chief Agricultural Engineer of Hunan Agricultural Commission, Lei Xiaoda who is the Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City, and principals from relative departments of other cities of Hunan province attended the conference.
