During this National Day Holiday, just enjoying yourself in the rural areas of Guiyang County with some friends.

Dongshui Village, Longtan Sub-district, Guiyang County is about 10kms drive from the downtown. Now, it is the harvest season of mandarin, chestnut, grape, and some other fruits, visitors can enjoy a nice holiday by picking up fruits in this ecological village.

Qin Yufang who works in Shenzhen City visited her classmate’s orchard during the holiday. As she said, she felt so comfortable in the rural area and enjoyed a very nice time there by working together with other friends to pick up mandarins.

After the heavy rain, the air in the village became even fresher. Visitors found a chestnut forest when climbed into a peak. They were excited to pick some chestnuts dropped into the ground and try to beat some with long bamboo stick. Qin said gladly to the reporters: “I ate two fresh chestnuts, really tasty. Though we did not collect too many, we had great fun and enjoyed a happy and peaceful holiday there, especially fresh air.”
