It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City met Sun Pisu who is the Chairman and CEO of Inspur Group in Changsha City. The two parties shared some ideas on further cooperation and improvement of projects.

Inspur Group is one of the large scale IT enterprises of China, as well as a leading provider of cloud computing. On the meeting, Inspur Group released its “Development Planning on Chenzhou City” for the first time. As stated on “the planning”, Inspur Group would place 2billion yuan on Chenzhou City in following years- including cloud computing centre, big data innovation centre, national backup centre, and etc.

Qu Hai presented detailed introduction of Chenzhou City about its general situation, advantages on location and resources, sound operation environment, and harmonious social condition. Qu said, Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government confirmed Chenzhou City as the new increasing pole in “13th five-year plan”, which assigned Chenzhou City with new historical tasks. It is significant responsibility for improving Chenzhou City to be a more opening and better information-based city. Currently, some large-scale multinational enterprises as Delta Electronics, Hualu Digital, Philipps, and etc. have been settled down there by the fame of Chenzhou City as Hunan provincial demonstration of undertaking industrial transfer. Chenzhou City would try to dock with national strategies and improve bid data industries, electronic information industries, and internet economy by playing its best roles of climate. In the meantime, it would improve the development of smart city and try best to improve the city to be a most transparent, most efficient, most cost-effective, and most convenient city of Hunan Province. Qu Hai expressed his hope that Inspur Group can work together with Chenzhou City to promote its development of information industry, big data industry, smart city, and etc.

Sun Pisu highly praised Chenzhou City as one of the cities of Hunan Province with most advanced ideas, best expectation of economic development, and best operation condition. He stated that Inspur Group is confident about the sound expectation of the investments placed in Chenzhou City and will take active actions on promoting the improvement of cloud computing centre, big data innovation centre, administration service data base, smart city, and talent training.

Qu Hai held a special scheduling conference concerned for the promotion of Inspur Group projects with the principals of relative departments immediately after finishing the meeting with Sun Pisu. Qu emphasized that closer communication should be handled out for the projects; the top level designs for smart city and big data industry should be figured out sooner; better cooperation model should be selected after sound consideration; and better service should be provided for the projects to promote them to be settled down sooner.
