Yi Penggei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee met Wang Linghao who is the President of Beijing Shuntian Jinyuan International Investment Co., Ltd. and Jia Xueyang who is the Chief Advisor of the company.
Beijing Shuntian Jinyuan International Investment Co., Ltd. which was established in 2011 is mainly on the businesses of investment of Tibet mines, city infrastructures, environmental protection, and etc. It is with close cooperation with some state-owned enterprises, listed companies, investment institutes, and trade associations.

Wang Linghao introduced that the company’s key business is mine, but now it is working hard on transformation development. In 2012, it started the first project in Chenzhou City. Thanks to the sound investment and ecological condition of the city, the project is being improved fluently. Wang hoped that further cooperation can reach on infrastructure projects, pharmaceutical industry, and other fields, which can start new cooperation model between two parties and reach win-win effects. Jia Xueyang said that Chenzhou City is with rich talent and natural resources, sound investment condition, and strong willing for further development. He hoped that further cooperation can reach between two parties and the company can contribute more for Chenzhou City’s development.

Yi Pengfei said Chenzhou City will improve development of “New Chenzhou” and “new increasing pole” of Hunan Province during “13th five-year plan”, and try best to fulfill the well-off society target. Yi hoped that the company can pay more attention on the investigation of transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metals industry, cultural tourism industry, exhibition, mineral gem, ecological and green industry, graphite and new material industry, undertaking industrial transfer, and some other pillar industry and key fields.

Yi required that all departments of Chenzhou City should keep the concept that “it is positive that investors can gain profits via placing investments on Chenzhou City, while worst negative that investors fail the investments there”. All departments should try best to serve for the investors and provide them with best development condition.
