“Bamboo and cedar were used to be the only income sources for our family. Due to the limited resources, our family got limited income every year,” said He Yongqing who is one of the villagers from Paili Group, Hengdian Village, Qiaotou Town, Guidong Town. But thanks to the accurate poverty alleviation, he was issued with 40,000yuan discount loans which was used to the cultivation of tea leaves. It helped to improve the economic situation of the family.

Qiaotou Town is a typical mountainous town. There are 4 poverty stricken villages of the town. 1156 people from 429 poverty stricken families still suffer from the poverty.

The town tried best to formulate the service network, establish service platform, and build service bridge on the accurate poverty alleviation process, which greatly helped to mobilize the endogenous dynamics and well implement all relative policies. In the meantime, the town set up a comprehensive service platform based on the principle of “micro platform, great service”, which helped to improve the implementation of relative policies.

Furthermore, some staffs who are excellent on financial poverty alleviation loan, relocation of anti-poverty, ecommerce poverty alleviation, and etc. were dispatched to illustrate the policies to local people. The poverty stricken people learned the skills and policies well, which were helpful for them to fight against the poverty.

Different methods of propagandization were carried out by the town as well, which popularized the policies.
