Liu Zhiren- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone, Suxian District, and Zixing City to check their implementation of Chenzhou City’s strategies and improvement of industry.

During his investigation, Liu Zhiren checked the projects, especially some key points concerned for private economy, industrial structure, operation of finance, people’s consideration, safety production, and etc. He discussed some typical problems with attendees on the process.

Liu stated that Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone was improved to be national level high-tech zone with the supports of the state ministries, Hunan Provincial Party Committee, and Hunan Government, which granted Chenzhou City with sound foundation for the improvement of industrial platform, innovation platform, and industrial low-land. In the next step, it should pay more attention on the establishment of national comprehensive bonded zone, especially on the preliminary work. It should keep the leading role of industry and implement the strategy accordingly. It should keep innovating and improving the development of deep processing of rare and precious metals. It should pay much more attention on some key enterprises with better support and follow-up service.

Liu Zhiren stated that Suxian District keeps the top place among all other districts and counties of Chenzhou City. It gained lots of experience on industrial transformation and overall development. In next step, Suxian District should focus on the target of improving to be the center of Chenzhou City and keep ranking the first place on the improvement of “New Chenzhou”.

Liu said Zixing City is one of the most active cities and counties of Chenzhou City on the promotion of development. In next step, it should well implement the policies and spirit of central, Hunan provincial, and Chenzhou municipal conferences and try best to reach breakthroughs. It should place more attention on the improvement of Dongjiang Lake, especially on the upgrading of planning, overall development of urban and rural areas, popular tourism, and increase of people’s income.

Liu emphasized that the ideas should be further opened for improving the development, innovating mechanisms, obtaining projects, and etc. All relative departments should try to implement all the measures and should seize the chance of pilot of general aviation to improve the construction of airports and promote the development of low aviation economy and tourism industry.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou City as Zhang Aiguo and Li Wuyi, and Chen Rongwei who is the Secretary-General of Chenzhou Government accompanied Liu with the investigation.
