December 31, 2016, the sixth Science and Technology Forum opened in the Chenzhou Real Estate Administration, as the theme of “urban construction and new urbanization".

This forum is based on the two platforms of Chenzhou Municipal Urbanization Academician Workstation and Housing Industrialization Postdoctoral Scientific Research Mobile Station. The forum covers various fields such as new urbanization, assembly building, planning, construction, real estate development, property management, new building materials and so on.
