Recently, the author was informed from the Dongjiang Lake Tourism Development Co., Ltd. that Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area of Zixing was awarded “Advanced unit of civilized tourism in Hunan province" and Zixing Antai Travel Agency Co., Ltd. were selected.

It was reported that this recognition activity jointly sponsored by the Hunan Provincial Tourism Development Committee and Hunan Provincial Steering Committee Office of Spiritual Civilization Construction. The commended advanced units of civilized tourism and advanced individuals included travel agencies, hotels, scenic spots and other travel agencies and tour guides, scenic instructors, hotel attendants, tourist toilet cleaners, cableway checker and other grassroots practitioners.

In 2016, Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area further strengthened the management level of the scenic spot, continuously perfected the infrastructure construction and civilized service quality education in the scenic area, vigorously promoted quality service and credit management, and guided and promoted tourism operators and tourism practitioners to enhance cultural tourism awareness. The tourism civilization quality and service level has been continuously improved.
