On February 22, the reporter learned from the Municipal Committee Organization Department that recently our city organized a total of 288 Party Secretary from poverty villages in Yizhang County, Guidong County, Rucheng County and Anren County to keep learning in Changsha and participate in the training courses organized by the Provincial Committee Organization Department on the topics of the Party Secretary from the second batch of poverty counties, cities and villages grasping the Party construction and promoting the poverty alleviation.

During the one-week training period, the trainees would learn the advanced experience of rural economic and social development in the developed areas through the forms of case teaching, on-site teaching, special lectures, special counseling and group communication, learn and master the rural Party building, new rural construction, village-level democratic management, village-level collective economic development, rural industrial development and other aspects of the policies and regulations, knowledge and skills, ways and means to improve the ability to perform their duties, enhance the ability to grasp the Party building and promote poverty alleviation，and enhance the aim consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly.
