On March 2, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Municipal Public Security Bureau and Municipal Women's Federation jointly held the special training session on the Anti-domestic Violence Law to provide the centralized business training for the grassroots judges, public security officers and women workers in the city in order to study and implement the "anti-domestic violence law" and promote the construction of peace Chenzhou. Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Law Liu Zhiwei attended the session and delivered a speech.

Our city has always attached importance to anti-domestic violence work, has solidly promoted the prevention and suppression of domestic violence, has built a social anti-domestic violence pattern of "Party and government lead, women's Federation coordinates, sectors act together, and society participates in", and has effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. Last year, our city introduced the "implementation measures of Chenzhou City on the handling of domestic violence cases", established the Chenzhou Domestic Violence Relief Center, and Chenzhou Injury Identification Center of Domestic Violence, and issued a total of five personal safety protection verdicts and three domestic violence monition to provides the good mechanism and service guarantee for preventing and stopping the domestic violence, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.

At the training session, the participants carefully watched the videos of anti-domestic violence. Municipal Intermediate People's Court, Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the person in charge of the women's Federation of Suxian District exchanged the main measures and advanced experience on the prevention and suppression of domestic violence and other aspects. The experts also were invited in the session to make a lecture on how to play the functions of the court, public security, women's federation and each functional department, how to deal with domestic violence cases and the effective prevention and suppression of domestic violence.

Liu Zhigai stressed that we should deep learn and fully understand the great significance of the introduction of Anti-domestic Violence Law; we should strengthen our responsibilities and consciously shoulder the historical mission of implementing the anti-domestic violence law; we should strengthen the legal education and strive to create a good society against domestic violence atmosphere, to promote the city's anti-domestic violence work to a new level.
