On March 6, the Seven (Enlarged) Meeting of the Fourth Female Worker Committee of Municipal Trade Unions and the outstanding achievements show of female workers training schools were held to publicize the outstanding training achievements and promote the innovation and development of our city's female workers training schools.

In 2016, the Municipal Trade Unions taking the theme activities as the carrier, made efforts to improve the overall quality of female workers, emerge new models, expand new areas and achieve new results in the selection of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", competition of "Furong Cup", female workers training schools and other aspects; focusing on the special contracts and the single parent female workers and difficult female migrant workers, made effort to the rights protection and support mechanism of female workers, spread the rights protection knowledge of female workers, and strengthen the rights protection efforts; taking the team building as the starting point, made efforts to strengthen the work positions construction of female workers, expand the platform, improve the abilities of the team, achieve the simultaneous preparation, simultaneous establishment and simultaneous change between the female workers organizations and labor unions, and organize female directors from the general labor unions and grassroots units in six counties and cities to participate in training courses of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

The meeting commended the winning units which performed the outstanding achievements of the municipal trade unions female workers training schools, such as the "Furong Pacesetter", "Furong Baigang Star" and "wonderful girl schools - light colorful life".
