It is reported that the city "two repairs" work will take the governance of "urban disease" as the main objective, take the demolition for illegal buildings as a breakthrough, take the remediation for black and smelly water, take the construction of sponge city and integrated corridors, and take the implementation of "two supplies & two treatments" as the focus to accelerate the restoration of the city's mountain, water and waste land, and accelerate the repair of urban functions, urban space and urban style.

The work will focus on transforming 21667 adobe houses, striving to basically solve the transformation needs of adobe houses of poor households who have built the cards, and overall promoting the transformation for rural dilapidated buildings in the important traffic corridors, key towns, contiguous traditional villages, important scenic spots, and targeted poverty alleviation villages.
