On June 20, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Liu Zhiren separately met with Liu Zhengbao, General Manager of Hunan region of Huawei, and Zhang Yizhi, President of Shenzhen Die Casting Industry Association.

When Liu Zhiren met with Liu Zhengbao at the meeting, he said that hoped Huawei and Chenzhou to be deepen cooperation, set up a company, sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement, establish a liaison mechanism, clear a cooperation program, draw up a cooperation plan, and organize a docking team, be deepen cooperation and mutual benefit in the construction of smart cities, big data industry park and so on, and strengthen cooperation and exchange in the introduction of talent and team, management, training and other aspects; hoped Huawei to clear the top-level design and project planning of development in Chenzhou, and make specific project list, timetable and route map to realize the common development with Chenzhou; hoped to emancipate the thinking and open the mind in the future cooperation between the two sides, and make great efforts to innovate in the concept, mode and system of cooperation, to build a good example of cooperation between government and enterprises, Chenzhou model, and win-win cooperation.

When Liu Zhiren met with Zhang Yizhi at the meeting, he said that Chenzhou Municipal Committee and government will actively support the die-casting industry entrepreneurs in Shenzhen to invest in Chenzhou, and the relevant departments should develop work plans to accelerate the work. The investment enterprises should make the list of needs and plans, and Chenzhou Municipal Committee and government will actively promote with the list; the enterprises should do a good job in top-level design and industrial development plan in accordance with high demand, high standards and high-quality. The two sides should strengthen the communication, achieve a win-win cooperation model and carry forward the spirit of nailing of paying close attention to enterprise development and expansion to promote the real economic development of Chenzhou.

Liu Zhengbao believed that Huawei and Chenzhou will be able to further strengthen exchanges, enhance mutual trust and pragmatic cooperation in the future.
