On the morning of June 27, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, met with Wang Wenfeng, the assistant president of ENN Energy and General Manager of the Central China region, and other senior executives.

During this year's Hunan (Hong Kong) investment and trade negotiation, Liu Zhiren met with the main heads of ENN Energy in Hong Kong to reach a consensus on further deepening cooperation and invite the heads to carry out business investigation in Chenzhou.

Wang Wenfeng and his entourage were invited. During the meeting, he said that the ENN Energy had invested and developed in Hunan for 10 years. The ENN Energy hoped to increase industrial investment cooperative efforts and arrange and invest some new and large projects in Hunan in the future. Over the years the ENN Energy has arranged a number of energy projects in Chenzhou and truly experienced the support from Chenzhou government at all levels for enterprises and the efficient and pragmatic of Chenzhou cadres in the project implementation process. They hoped to carry out the business investigation and research in the energy, tourism, environmental protection, Internet and other fields to lay the foundation for the next project investment and implementation.

Liu Zhiren thanked the ENN Energy for the contribution to Chenzhou economic and social development. Liu Zhiren said we must join forces to further deepen cooperation with the ENN Energy. Chenzhou has implemented the strategies of "innovation and lead, open up" and "industry-led, all-round development", vigorously transformed and upgraded, developed the real economy, and improved weak. We were very willing to cooperate with ENN Energy to cultivate the main markets and introduce the capital, technology, intelligence, projects and successful management models. We believed that the two sides could find the starting point of cooperation in energy, tourism, environmental protection, Internet and other fields, and together change the advantages of Chenzhou in humanities, resources, transportation and open into the development advantages. The relevant departments must invert work plan, strengthen the docking, and actively service and dock basing on the responsibilities to assist in the investigation of customers. We hoped that ENN Energy and Chenzhou could work together to select projects, implement projects and create the first-class projects.
