On July 7, Chenzhou City held the three years action plan implementation consultation forum on the "one lake, two rivers, three rivers" ecological comprehensive management.

In June last year, out city started the three years action plan of "one lake, two rivers, three rivers" ecological comprehensive management. Up to now, the proportion of water quality in the river basin has reached 100% in the assessment section, and the surface water quality in the river beach section of Tou Mountain, Bailang and Bianjiang River in Dongjiang Lake have reached Grade Ⅰ, Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ respectively.

The meeting pointed out that "one lake two rivers and three rivers" is the main vein of Chenzhou earth, and the ecological comprehensive management is a complex system engineering and the practical need for green development and sustainable development of Chenzhou. We should unify thought and form consensus, adhere to problem oriented, and promote the comprehensive ecological management; should strengthen publicity to create the atmosphere of people actively participating in the ecological comprehensive management; should strength the overall planning to improve the working organs and working mechanism; should strengthen the supervision of law enforcement, strengthen supervision, compact the responsibility, and implement the watershed apanage management and a clear responsibility to the upstream and downstream of the river and the two sides; should do a good job in ecological and environmental protection, strengthen air pollution control and heavy metal pollution control to accelerate the construction of ecological protection projects.
