In order to carry out the spirit of the 19th National Congress, implement the spirit of the National Conference on Risk Prevention and Control of Postal and Financial Cases and the relevant meetings of the Hunan Branch of the Postal Savings Bank, promote the Party's strict administration in an all-round way and build up the ideological defense line of anti-corruption and resistance to change of Party members and cadres, the Chenzhou Branch of the Postal Savings Bank held a special lecture on the construction of a clean and honest Party, and invited Chen Hongwei, Deputy Chief Procurator of the Chenzhou People's Procuratorate, to give a lecture on the spot.

In class, Chen Hongwei combined with the actual situation of the postal savings and banking system and his experience in handling cases, described the relatively representative cases of job-related crimes in financial institutions in China in recent years, deeply analyzed the characteristics and causes of financial duty crime, and explained the harm of financial duty crime to national public interests, individuals and families by case interpretation and legal discrimination. At the same time, he warned everyone to stay away from official crime, keep a clear mind, build a strong anti-corruption line, strengthen the study of laws and regulations, abstain from corruption and extravagance, and establish the correct view on life, world, power and values.

After the lecture, the staff expressed that they should firmly establish the consciousness of rules and discipline, cherish their posts, consciously abide by the Party's laws on discipline and integrity, and make due contributions to the healthy development of Postal Savings Bank.
