Recently, Yongxing County held a meeting on grants for poor university freshmen in 2019. A total of 1.13 million yuan of loving grants were awarded to 323 eligible freshmen in order to help poor students realize their university dream.

At the meeting, Yongxing County Education Foundation read out the list of students who were assisted. The list of students was approved by the County Education Foundation and confirmed by the publication of relevant procedures.

On the spot of grant, Chenzhou Jenson Photoelectric Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Juxiang Industrial Co., Ltd., Hunan Labor Model Ms. Ma Yanyu, Yongxing County Yongxin Real Estate Development Company, Yongxing Sunshine Metal Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Huihua Century New Town Project Department, Zhongtian Gas Co., Ltd., and Changsha Yufeng Real Estate Co., Ltd. Department, Chenzhou Huihua Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Yongxing Branch and other units and loved persons donated 889,000 yuan to the County Education Foundation.

In recent years, Yongxing County's educational undertakings have improved step by step. The number of college entrance examination candidates, high score candidates and the number of candidates enrolled by famous universities have risen year by year. Especially in this year's college entrance examination, the number of online candidates has increased dramatically. Wang Huairong, a candidate from Yongxing No. 1 Middle School, has also been admitted by Peking University.
