In order to improve the ability of civil servants to prevent emergency risks, on September 6, Huang Hongbiao, Director of the Political Department of Chenzhou Emergency Management Bureau, gave a lecture on the basic meaning of emergencies, the focus of emergency management, and the knowledge of civil servants' risk prevention and emergency response to the participants at the first training course of newly recruited civil servants of Chenzhou Administrative College.

Chenzhou Municipal Government has always attached great importance to the emergency safety training of leading cadres and grass-roots civil servants, designated Chenzhou Administrative College as the training base for emergency management, and incorporated emergency safety knowledge into the main education curriculum of the annual teaching plan, as well as into the compulsory courses of the branch classes and the middle-aged and young classes. Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Municipal Government also required to incorporate emergency management knowledge into the important content of the rotation training of leading cadres at all levels in administrative colleges, and form a normal teaching, so as to improve the emergency awareness and emergency handling ability of leading cadres at all levels and grass-roots civil servants. More than 600 new civil servants will be trained in emergency management knowledge in three phases.
