On the morning of September 6, a symposium on promoting the development of night economy was held in our city. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, demanded that we should strengthen Chenzhou's night economy, promote and stimulate consumption, expand new economic momentum and promote high-quality development of Chenzhou.

At the meeting, the leaders of Beihu District, Suxian District and municipal relevant departments reported on the promotion of night economic development in Chenzhou City.

In accordance with the general urban planning, layout planning of commercial outlets and urban management regulations, our city will build a number of night economic agglomeration areas with Chenzhou characteristics from a high starting point, encourage the close integration of major business circles and characteristic commercial streets with culture, tourism and leisure, appropriately extend business hours, and open special night business areas for 24-hour convenience stores and other special catering districts to create night consumption sites and gathering areas, and improve the convenience and activity of night consumption.

Liu Zhiren said that we should do a good job in top-level design, plan and layout, adhere to a high starting point, gather intensively to ensure high quality, promote high quality with the integration force, focus on promoting the integration of night economy and cultural tourism industry, strengthen the transformation and application of the resources of various cultural elements in daily life, economy and popularization, promote the connotation of night economy and culture, cultivate local characteristics of night life culture, and create a more convenient, more characteristic, more connotative and higher-grade "Night Chenzhou"; should optimize the consumption environment to provide a more convenient, efficient and safe consumption environment as the goal; should upgrade the level of consumer goods, do a good job in cultural excavation, strengthen cultural transformation and innovate the use of culture; should strengthen measures and safeguards, improve institutional mechanisms, strengthen policy support and strengthen service support.
