In recent years, Chenzhou City has gradually broken away from resource path dependence, and the traditional resource-based economy has gradually realized the transformation from underground to ground, from black to green, from tradition to modern. At present, the National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone is being constructed, which was listed as one of the 50 National Green Mining Development Demonstration Zones to be constructed. The Baoshan, Shizhuyuan and other eight mines have been approved as national pilot units for green mine construction.

Liu Zhiren said that we should take advantage of Chenzhou to create a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration area, and speed up ecological restoration of mine management and construction of calcium carbonate industrial park, to protect the ecological environment in Chenzhou City.

Linwu County Calcium Carbonate Industry Project is one of the five 100 major industrial projects in Hunan Province. It is planned to build a complete industrial chain integrating resource exploitation, intensive processing and related industries in 5-8 years, complete the construction of green park of calcium carbonate industry, and build 100 billion industrial park of calcium carbonate, according to the general requirements of green parks, green mining, green factories, green processes, green products, and small towns with industrial characteristics.

Liu Zhiren said that we should implement Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization, firmly establish the development concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", adhere to "ecological priority and green development", adhere to "people-centered", and build a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration area, so as to accelerate the ecological restoration of mine management and the construction of calcium carbonate industrial park, protect the ecological environment of Chenzhou, and promote the high-quality development and green development of Chenzhou.
