Zou Wenhui pointed out that in order to do a good job in propaganda work, we should earnestly enhance political awareness, awareness of laws and regulations, and awareness of the people; should improve our political standing, effectively integrate our thoughts into the important ideas, speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's propaganda and ideological work, consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, and consolidate the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole Party and the whole people; should study and implement the "Regulations on the Propaganda Work of the Communist Party of China" so as to act in accordance with the law; should take the people as the center, care about the people's production and life, and make the propaganda and ideological work closer to the masses.

Zou Wenhui requested that all levels of cities and counties should do a good job in the construction of propaganda teams and propaganda positions; adhere to the Party's management of the media, adhere to the principle of Party spirit, adhere to the position of propaganda and public opinion, and construct a large propaganda pattern; accelerate the construction of county-level financial media center, and new era civilized practice center, and enhance the guiding force of propaganda and ideological work; fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Provincial Party Committee concerning the propaganda and ideological work around the National Day.

Zou Wenhui emphasized that we should take the implementation of the "Regulations on the Propaganda Work of the Communist Party of China" as the main line, and promote the propaganda and ideological work so as to make the propaganda and ideological work solid and strong.
