Selection of "Three-aspects Personnel" & Selected Graduates Starts

Recently, the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee organized a city-wide "three-aspects personnel" and selected graduates selection and deployment meeting to chose the best township (street) leadership team from the outstanding village (community) party organization secretary, university student village officials, township (street) career staffing personnel (referred to as "three-aspects personnel") and selected graduates, and make arrangements for deployment. The chairmen of the standing committees and organizational departments of the county (city, district) committees, deputy ministers in charge of Party building work, and directors of grass-roots Party building offices or organizational groups participated in the meeting. Jiang Bo, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Minister of the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech.

 

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee interpreted the election work plan, and provided the guidance for the participants. Jiang Po pointed out that carrying out the work of "three-aspects personnel" and selecting and transferring selected graduates is an important measure to implement the decision-making and deployment of provincial Party Committee on strengthening grassroots construction in an all-round way. Organizational departments of the whole city should integrate their ideas and actions into the deployment requirements of the provincial Party committee, effectively improve their political position, strengthen their responsibilities and accomplish all the selection tasks; should earnestly grasp the policy requirements, adhere to the standard conditions, accurately investigate and judge, strictly examine the qualifications, standardize the operation procedures, and ensure the objective, fair and orderly progress of the selection work from beginning to end; should strengthen organizational leadership, carry out leadership responsibilities, strengthen professional training, and strictly enforce work discipline so as to ensure that the selection work is conducted in a clean and healthy manner and smoothly.
