On September 15th, the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee sponsored and held studying the third volume of Xi Jinping's theory of governing the country and the theoretical knowledge contest of "learning new ideas and making contributions to the new era" in the municipal propaganda system. Seven teams from the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Information Office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Chenzhou Daily News Agency, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Broadcasting and Sports, Municipal Radio and Television Station, Municipal Literary and Art Federation and Chenzhou Branch of Hunan Xinhua Bookstore participated in the competition.

The competition was based on the third volume of Xi Jinping's talk on governing the country and the compilation of the basic knowledge of Party building in China, which is compiled by the municipal government's work committee. It aims to promote the Party members and cadres of the municipal propaganda system to further study Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, deepen the theoretical arm of Party members and cadres, and enhance the Party building capacity and level.

In the competition, the seven teams were full of spirit, the atmosphere of the competition was warm, and the players were calm and cooperative. In the first round of the required answer session, the contestants have quickly answered, scores on the field were not even up and down. In the subsequent question answering session, 7 teams raced after each other and staged an extremely wonderful competition. In the final part of the risk question, the team comprehensively considered the risks and opportunities, and rationally chose whether to break through the test. This link also pushed the competition to a climax, and the Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department team won the first place.
