Representatives from Chenzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Chenzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank and some technology-based enterprises, Incubators of Science and Technology Enterprises, Maker Space and Star Innovation World attended the ceremony. At the signing ceremony, Chenzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank signed a credit agreement with technology-based enterprises, which provided credit of 138 million yuan to 10 science and technology enterprises.

In recent years, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Chenzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank have jointly explored and promoted the combination of science and technology and finance. The postal savings bank has given full play to its advantages in many aspects, funds and resources, and has accumulated loans of nearly 2 billion yuan to science and technology-based enterprises in the city, realizing the strategic effect of "technology+ postal".
