Recently, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Mineral Products was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. At the meeting, the microcrystalline graphite sub committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Mineral Products was established, and the Chenzhou Commodity Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute (National Graphite Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center) was set up in the Secretariat.

After the conclusion of the founding meeting, the microcrystalline graphite sub committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Mineral Products held the first plenary meeting. At the meeting, Li Gandi, Secretary of the Party Group of the Market Supervision Bureau of Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, expressed congratulations on the establishment of the Standardization Committee on behalf of Chenzhou Municipal Bureau, and expressed gratitude to all members and experts for their long-term concern and support for the work of Chenzhou Graphite Standard Committee. He said that Chenzhou will be a good host, do a good job in various services for members and experts, and jointly make new contributions to the development of graphite industry.

The meeting discussed and adopted the regulations of the microcrystalline graphite sub committee and the working rules of the Secretariat of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Mineral Products, discussed the revision of GB / T 3519-2008 "microcrystalline graphite" and other standards, and deployed the project plan of national standards and industrial standards for the next year.

The establishment of microcrystalline graphite sub committee marked that the standardization of microcrystalline graphite industry has entered a stage of rapid development. It also indicates that Chenzhou microcrystalline graphite industry has an important voice in the formulation and revision of national standards and industrial standards, and will play an important role in serving the high-quality development of microcrystalline graphite industry in Chenzhou, Hunan and the whole country.
