On January 4, the reporter learned from Chendian International Development Co., Ltd. that Chendian International Development Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Corporate Governance Award" of China's listed companies at the 2020 Forum on High Quality Development of Listed Companies and the "Golden Quality Award" award ceremony held on December 23, 2020, which is the first time that an enterprise in our city has won this award. 

At this forum, Chendian International stood out from the 3753 listed companies in China and won the "Corporate Governance Award" of China's Listed Companies in 2020 together with 59 enterprises including China Nuclear Power. 

Since 2018, with the great attention and support of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, China has adhered to the guiding ideology of new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, highlighted the comprehensive leadership of Party committees and the Party building work of state-owned enterprises, deepened the reform and innovation of company management, optimized the corporate governance structure and improved the governance of listed companies, and formed a set of scientific, standardized, reasonable, smooth internal control system and efficient operation and management mechanism to make the business performance steadily improve, the main business income repeatedly hit new highs, and the company's comprehensive strength stepped to a new level. In 2019, Chendian International Party Committee was rated as "Excellent Leading Group" by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee; in 2019 and 2020, the company was rated as "Top 50 Service Industry Enterprises in Hunan" for two consecutive years.
